Following the initial purchase, we usually recommend a minimum of two fittings at our tailor. Each process lasts 15 to 30 minutes.
Yes, after you’re satisfied with the size and fit of the clothing, we’ll take your measurements and save them for future orders.
Shirts take 2-4 working days to create, while a half-canvassed jacket and pants would take 7-10 days. This includes 2-3 garment adjustments to ensure a great fit. A complete canvassed jacket takes around 2-3 weeks to make. Please contact us if you have a tight deadline and want the clothing sooner. We will determine if we can effectively serve you within the timeframe specified.
Unfortunately, we do not take orders for fabrics that we do not have. We would not be able to give our clients with more fabric if something went wrong.
We can arrange for free delivery of your finished clothing to your address within Bangkok’s metropolitan area.
Yes, we offer a free pick-up services for customers within 10 kilometers of our Bangkok and Phuket store. Please contact us so that we may make arrangements for you at the time of your appointment.
Any modifications to the textiles may be made within one hour of purchase once your order has been placed. Customization choices, on the other hand, can be changed within 24 hours after purchase.
We are unable to deliver samples to our customers all over the world due to the high cost of textiles. If you are unable to attend our Bangkok location, please keep an eye out for our global trunk shows. We would be delighted to meet you there and give you a hands-on experience with our textiles.
