You will be able to try on an unfinished form of all of your clothing two working days following the initial meeting. The initial fitting allows us to gain a sense for the outfit (which is lightly stitched together), ensure that the fit is accurate, and remove any possible difficulties early on. Your next fitting will then be available in three business days.

For basic clothing, such as shirts and trousers, the second fitting is generally the completed one, but then other items, including such suit tuxedo jackets, blazers, and overcoats, might necessitate an extra adjustment. In the case of a third fitting, you are still given the opportunity to fine-tune elements and shift direction gradually. Shirts take 2-4 working days to create, while a half-canvassed jacket and pants would take 7-10 days. This includes 2-3 garment adjustments to ensure a great fit. A complete canvassed jacket takes around 2-3 weeks to make. Please contact us if you have a tight deadline and want the clothing sooner. We will determine if we can effectively serve you within the timeframe specified.
Unfortunately, we do not take orders for fabrics that we do not have. We would not be able to give our clients with more fabric if something went wrong.
We can arrange for free delivery of your finished clothing to your address within Bangkok’s metropolitan area.
Yes, we offer a free pick-up services for customers within 10 kilometers of our Bangkok and Phuket store. Please contact us so that we may make arrangements for you at the time of your appointment.
Any modifications to the textiles may be made within one hour of purchase once your order has been placed. Customization choices, on the other hand, can be changed within 24 hours after purchase.
